Fuel stabilizer works best before shutdown and cannot work miracles after gummies are in the idle circuit of the carb. Maybe only the main jet is clear. Maybe , somehow the sabilizer will work, but you may need to ungum the idle circuit unless you can live with the higher engine speed. After all the open throttle IS the operation mode (at least on my Intek, and does ensure battery charging).
