Craftman 46" Kolher Motor slipping when in drive

hey guys having a weird issue. Just put a new drive belt on and when I hit a incline or hill the belts seems to be slipping and it sounds like it is right underneath the motor. Is there another adjustment I might of missed on this?
 
I have a YTH4500. Make sure the belt in the rear is on the inside of the belt gudes right by the rear pulley on the trans
 
had this mower with the extended warranty. The belt kept on slipping off on mine. When sears came out they found that the factory had forgotten to put the two bolts in that hold the transaxle from shifting (located in the front part of transaxle) They gave me a free mower though
