Courage SV720 (23 HP)

I have a Cub Cadet LYX 1046 lawn mower which would not start. It has a Kohler 23 HP engine in it. The valve cover gasket and one of the head gaskets was replaced. It is still not starting. Are there any adjustments which can be made on the mower to get it to start ?

Check that he choke is closing fully and also that you have replaced the wires on the fuel solenoid .
