Contract question

I'm going to be writing up a contract for tree/bush trimming for my HOA. Never wrote one, does anyone have a generic one I could modify or have a link to something? Can't seem to find anything decent online

If you write a contract with the intention of binding someone to an agreement, You will likely need an attorney to take action against the person that is not keeping the agreement... Therefore it would only make good business sense, for your HOA, to let the lawyer write the original contract that he will be working to bind someone to...
Most HOA have similar needs and have about the same contracts as other HOAs, for needed work & services.
