Brand new batts in my CMM1000 Type 4. However, when I plug it in for charging, there's no red light to indicate a charge cycle is initiated....just a solid green light even though the batteries are completely depleted.
Batts are brand new. Just two days ago I replaced the circuit breaker with a 24v/40Amp (auto reset of course). Still no go.
Any ideas here?
