Firstly no Ozito products are designed to be repaired, they are 100% use once & throw away items and priced accordingly.
I do not service them because 1 hour of my time is $ 60 & the 2 hours required to repair them exceeds the purchase price.
To understand how they work go to the Walbro web site and download the service manuals using the link at the bottom right of this page.

Won't hurt to watch the videos up top either.
Ozito comes out of the same factory as Ryobi but they are not the same.
The carbs are a mix of Walbro & Zama to avoid patient infringements as both Zama & Walbro have factories in China, so to repair them you need to buy 2 service kits which exceed the price of a replacement carb.
Under Australian law Bunnings have to supply spare parts for Ozito products they sell for 5 years .
They will lie through their teeth to avoid doing this but the service center can be forced to do.
You will most likely need to make a complaint through fair trading to do this.
Do not expect to be treated like a human being and do not expect to see your parts before your next birthday.
In general the flow goes from the tank to the carb then from the carb to the primer then from the primer to the tank return.
The carb has 2 one way valves in it as dose the primer so they only work one way round.
and remember
BUNNINGS where lowest prices are just the beginning OF YOUR PROBLEMS ( they just forgot the last 3 words )
and have a NICEEE day:smile:smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile::smile:
