Cheap mower alternative

Toro Recycler 20319 looks like an alternative to Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt and the others but I can't find any reviews. Only 20 inch and no side discharge but it comes with a 2 year warranty that will supposedly fix for free any problem under normal use. Doesn't have a flush fitting for a water hose but The handles mount a little more sturdy than a lot of the other alternatives and the wheels don't have a good amount of play like some others. For someone with a smaller, flatter yard it might be a good choice if it cuts well. Light and maneuverable.

What about Consumer Reports? They used to compare lawnmowers, probably still do. They unfortunately don't print their 'book' anymore which used to rate all kinds of appliances and outdoor power equipment.
