CC LT50 deck tilt

Ok, so I got free LT50 as reward for 15 yrs with the company.
Pulled it off shipping crate yesterday.
This is what I noticed - and I am total rook to it .
Deck is tilted front down at about 10-15 degrees, so that antiscalp wheels touch floor.
Deck lever is in the all the way back position, what I am presuming is the highest one, as it says 4 and shows grass cutting sign.

Even being new to me I somehow doubt, that's the way it should be.

What am I missing? I didn't look well enough under, that's weekend project. Had enough to do busting crate and driving it off and finding place for another mower yesterday.

Thank you

Figured out why.
There is no front deck suspension bar. Stabilizer bar, deck rod, whatever the big name for the piece is.
None.
So deck simply dropped down onto antiscalp wheel in the front and that's it.
Cub of course does not have email and customer service conveniently is 5 days a week.

Go to the CC web page and using the serial number from the ID tag download the parts list.
From there you can start working out what is missing

Check your tire pressures first. They're likely at max (shipping) pressure which will increase the diameter of the rear tires significantly.

They sent me replacement no questions asked. It's brand new mower.

OMG, how could that even make it out of the plant to be crated up like that!
