Castelgarden JP92 belts

I have just replaced the transmission and cutter deck belts on an old JP92.
I bought belts off the internet. The deck belt was fine but the transmission belt was too short by 2 inches - I got another from a main agent - BEWARE .

Do you order your belts by actual size? or do you rely on part # that 'may' fit...
The reason I ask, I have never received a belt that was too short Or too long, if I measured it myself and then ordered the appropriate length & width belt.. :smile:KennyV
