Carburetor issue?

Hi folks,

After 15 minutes of mowing the engine conks out (with the deck engaged).
I have to dis-engage the deck (blades) when going up a steeper incline.
Now, the engine won't last more than 5 to 10 minutes (with or without deck engaged).
Sounds like a fuel and air mixing issue (please refer to video).

Any feedback would be really appreciated. I'm a novice but willing to pull the carby out and give it a clean if I have to.

Dirty carb and or fuel system. Possible blown head gasket.

I see black smoke so assume it is either missing, flooding or the choke is stuck on .
