Lots of carbon removal products out there. What do you guys use to de-carbonize cylinders, heads and valves?
Bet a lot use wire brushes on a drill. Not a fan of those from all the metal removed and scratching that soft aluminum.
Numerous sprays and dips out there.
What is the best procedure at this? Love to hear from some that have tried them all. This one magic method is the ticket.
Here's an answer from Briggs.

i use a brass wire wheel and WD40/ to act as a Lube and WD tends to get up under nasty stuff and lift it.
