Carb troubles

I've got an older craftsman edger. Its got a 3.0 Tecumseh engine that runs good, well use to. In need a new carb for it. When I look up the carb part number 632589, the new carb has a choke on it where as mine has a primer bulb on it and no choke. Will the new one work just as good?
 
Post all engine numbers from engine data plate & complete craftsman model number.

Carburetor repair kit 632592 is available at Sears for $25.08 or Jacks Small Engines for $12.06 or Repair Clinic $12.45.
