These carb #'s, carb looks similar: 196427-1149. 196432. 194437. 196452-452.

Might be. You are not going to get the specific one now. Yours looks to be no longer available from Briggs. Could be wrong on that though.

That link above shows a carb with an adjustable mixture screw. Contact the seller and get the proper part, hopefully.

Note that it is normal for this engine to blow back thru carb as a part of its' compression release function. Excessive blow back may indicate that the Intake Valve is not sealing, needs adjusting or more likely, re-seatning, warped, loose valve seat, etc.
