Can't find engine parts for toro recycler

I'm working on a toro 6.5 recycler with a briggs & stratton engine and I cant find part numbers for the life of me. The info on the mower is as follows:

Family: 7BSXS.1901VH 277307
Random number (serial?): 0708105976100

I need a rewind spring but I can't find part numbers because no site accepts the model numbers. Can anyone lend a hand?

Need the numbers off the engine housing not the numbers on the mower deck. They will be stamped on the engine housing or piece of sheet metal over the muffler.

Engine numbers are located on the sheet metal cover over the muffler.

Alright thanks i'll check there too. Shouldn't the model number lead me to the engine type though? Is the second number the model or the serial? Or is it just gibberish?
