Can you identify my briggs engine?

I would like to know the year and horsepower rating. The following is stamped on the cowling:
Modell 61102
Type 0133 01
Serial number 6312303

Thanks for any information you can provide.
 
Date of Manufacture is 1963. The 6 in the model number is 6 cubic inch displacement which should be around 2.5 HP.
