Can you flip a John Deere steer wheel?

JD put the valve cores on the inside of their steer wheels, on their regular mower. Can you just flip the rims around? Or do they have to go on the inside?

Yes & no
But mostly no as the hub is off set in the rim on most of the latter models

Normally no. But PT may you can unscrew your navel and flip around your body parts since your Avatar is a Frankenstein project.
