Broken Flywheel Piece

I have Husqvarna yth22v46 with a Briggs 22hp model

445777-0231​

-E1 and I was replacing the starter drive gear and the only way to get it back on was to remove a block and screw on the flywheel but the screw wouldn't come out so I drilled the head off to back the bolt out but the magnetized block busted, no I need both but cant find any info on just them other than buying the whole flywheel

Briggs And Stratton 84004658 - Flywheel, has anyone have any info on part numbers or what it is even called​
