Briggs & Stratton Push Rod PN

I determained I have a broken push rod on my B&S 11.5hp motor. Could someone help me find the correct part number? Here is the #'s off the engine:
217807 0118 ei 050405za

You'll want to take a close look at all things associated with that pushrod to see if it has caused any damage, as well as replacing the rod itself.:smile:

The push rods are the same length but the exhaust is steel to compensate for the heat. The one that broke is most likely the aluminum intake rod. and it probably wore out where it rides against the valve guide. If so, use an exhaust rod in place of the aluminum one. This is an approved practice according to our Briggs DSM.
