Briggs - oil into valve cover from push rod guide

I have a Briggs and Stratton 205cc, Model # 1222032 0536 B8. It had been sitting up a while. I've got it running, but it's leaking oil into the valve cover at the push rod guides. There is enough oil coming out that it leaks into the breather via the breather tub. It's a pretty significant amount of oil coming out. I put some spray in the spark plug hole and let it soak for a while, pulled the crank a few times to hopefully loosen up the rings if they were stuck etc. when I first got it running.

Any ideas?

Yes, at least I believe so. No dipstick, so I have to sight check it.

18-20 ounces is the spec.

Ok thanks I couldn't find that. Maybe too much then? Pretty sure I put more than that in it

18oz is the small Briggs bottle of sae30 oil.
