briggs model 30 broken coil bolts

i broke off the bolts for my briggs 16 hp vanguard coil. can anyone help me with come up with something to remove whats left? heres what it looks like

A very strong pair of vise grips and work the remains forward and back if they move any at all. With you going a little more forward [CCW] each time. If snap even with surface then it is carbide bits to drill out the remains and re-threading.

Those threads are pretty small. Agree on drilling them out.
