Working on model 33S777 0004g1. It blows gray/blue smoke after running 2/3 minutes and the small vent on the fuel pump starts to leak oil. Is the diaphragm in the fuel pump leaking. It is the only thing that I can think happening. The oil level is fine (not over filled).

I suspect the Intek single cylinder blow head gasket issue. Head gaskets will blow between the cylinder wall and the push rod cavity. Then combustion gas gets pushed into the crankcase which then pushes oil out of the fuel pump vent and the crankcase breather where it is drawn into the engine from the carb and burned.

Check for blown head gasket as Ilengine said.
