From the picture it looks like a clear plastic carburetor. Would like more info? What is it for? replacement? Would like to hear the story behind the pictures.

Definitely a clear plastic carb....will update when i do some more digging .....like i said 6 years as a small engine tech and never seen this carb

More is made from plastic all the time. I see the newer carburetors now have a lot of plastic parts now. What country was it made?

This carb goes on the newer briggs 5.50 ohv engine commonly found on walk mowers and pressure washers .....briggs made this one clear for demonstration purposes...
