Briggs and Stratton won't start

[Tiger Small Engine]

My carburetor was gummed up so I took it apart to clean it out.. the thing will now run as long as I squirt gas/carb cleaner in the throat but won't start or run to it's own ...
What am I missing?
It is a model # 08P5020055F1 with one of those plastic carburetor. ( year 2019)
I've always been able to get my mowers running but never seen a plastic carburetor..

Those carburetors are very easy to clean, if you know how to do it. Must remove the white cartridge with jets and take it apart and clean it and reinstall. Try again.

It's probably the carburetor that Amazon sells for $9.99 with free delivery tomorrow so not worth the trouble of trying to clean it.

Andrews Large is correct. Get a new metal carb.

Stop being soooo lazy. At least attempt to clean the OEM carb.

No, smart, not lazy. Rebuilding it would take at least an hour plus I may have to buy carb cleaner and even a rebuilding kit. I make way over $25 an hour now so it would cost me way more to rebuild it, which may not work anyway, than to buy a new one for under $20

But that $20 carb may not work right. Don't just buy the cheapest thing you can find.

Keep slinging parts until you run out of ideas, then go by a new machine. That is the plan all manufacturers have anyway.
