Briggs and Stratton Engine Swap

Hi
I have a Stiga mower that has just blown a hole in the side of the crankcase.
A friend has a B&S motor that I can use as a replacement, I just need to know if it will work,
Broken engine code is 21 B 807
Replacement is 28 N 707
Will this be a pretty straightforward swap?

Should swap strait over
THe 28 is a bigger engine , if it has a longer stroke then the muffler might need a bit of tweaking if it is bolted to the mower
If the muffler sis bolted directly to the engine you might need to trim a bit around the hood .
