Tried to crank for first mowing. Has fresh gas. Hasn't been run but about 5 times because of our drought last year, but out of warranty. What could cause no spark and be this new? I've pulled on the rope more than I care to.

Thanks for any ideas

Moisture might have some rust on the flywheel that makes the electric . Remove the recoil rope cover and break out the Emory Cloth . Check for mice nests or eaten wires .

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
