Bolens ST160 Hydro problems

Hello all

I wonder if anyone has any ideas about what could be wrong with my mower please. It was running ok, I turned it off for about ten minutes but it wouldn't restart. I checked the fuse behind the dash and it had blown, so I replaced it and it blew again straight away. I can't see any exposed wires that are shorting out, does anyone have any suggestions that I can try please?

Does it blow the fuse when it is installed with the key off. Then check for shorts in wires that have battery voltage with the key off. If it blows when the key is turned to the on position, then need to check what gets energized with the key on (charging system, head lights, fuel solenoid maybe.) If it blows when turned to the start position then need to check key switch to starter solenoid, and the solenoid itself for shorts.
