Cuttingblades on my Gravely ZT 2148 seem to be moving more slowly than they should during normal operation. I discovered yesterday that RPM goes up considerably when i pull the left steering lever back. Is thereaway i can reset the adjustment so i have this high rpm all the time?
bladespeed should be a function to engine rpm only. if the eletric pto were dragging or if the belt were slipping... the bladespeed might be down, or if something with the transmissions is causing the engine to bog down. does the bladespeed seem correct with the bars in a neutral position?
