If you have checked and you know that you have power to the clutch, then yes the clutch is probably bad. With the engine not running you should be able to hear the clutch click with the key switch in the run position and you pull the PTO switch. At this time you can also disconnect the clutch plug and test to see if you have 12+ VDC.

But check that you have a Good ground, and you can check the clutch coil for an open or a short, with an ohm meter. :smile:KennyV
