If you troll through the archives you will see a lot of posts showing how owners modified their covers to make for better cleaning.
If you do not have kids then in most cases you can leave them off all together just remember to enter exit over the front casters and not over the side
Some decks use the covers as belt keepers but yours is not one of them ( From memory ) .
