Blade engagement cuts off the engine

I have a Cub Cadet XT 1 built November 2020. Model number 13AOA9C056
Serial number1K190H40160
When I start to engage the blade lever the engine turns off. I jumped two terminals on the blade engagement switch and it operated properly. I ordered and installed a new blade engagement switch and it does the same thing. It immediately cuts off . I also noticed that the the head lights stay on with ignition switch in both run positions. Need some help.
 
Unless you have a separate switch to turn off the headlights they are wired to be on when the engine is running. Also your dying issue is most likely related to the seat switch, Could also be an issue with the reverse switch or the interlock module. But don't overlook any issues with the wiring harness associated with the reverse or seat switch.
