Mowing today and power cord connection keeps coming loose at switch housing plug end. During process of reconnecting the power cord to the switch housing prongs and moving the switch lever to mow again there was no resistance as the spring was supposed to engage the power switch button. When I took the switch housing apart two small pieces of round plastic fell out. everything in the housing,including the spring are still in position.
it looks like the spring somehow needs to be positioned and held in place against the end of the power switch button so it will close the connection by depressing the end of the power switch when the switch lever is pulled.
I have included pictures for clarification and hope to get some advice on how to repair and reposition the spring correctly
