Hi I have a B&D battery mower. Purchased in 2009. It was fine 2 days ago. I charged it. Then I went to use it and nothing happened. No noises even. How can I be sure it's the battery and not the push button assembly?
 
Rig up a 12 volt light bulb with wires to connect to battery terminals, try the starter and see if the light stays on. If so, good battery.
