Since HD has a generous return policy (unless you're abused it in the past), I'd seriously give the time master a try. Especially if your 3 lawns are mostly wide and flat areas to mow. It really is a time saver. Also, a number of LCO's do use the 'residential' time masters commercially. They seem to last a year or so before going kaput and thats after hundreds of hours of use.
