Best mower for hilly, rough 10 acres

I've got a 12 year old Cub that just about done. She's barely getting up the hills now and constantly dropping belts. I'm ready to replace. What's my best choice? Rear, front, z?

If you want to stay with a cub. They have a ztr with four wheel steer. It does very good on hills.
Has a steering wheel so not much different then a rider.

Any mower with low center of gravity and at least zt3400 hydros. Stay away from residential ztr mowers. What dealers do you have in your area? What is your budget?
