Anybody heard anything out of Bert. It looks like his last interaction was back on October 7th.

We miss him. Was just thinking the same thing the other day.

I know that he posted this summer that he was going to slowdown, both on this forum and his work schedule. To me it seemed like he was going to semi- retire. Also suspect from his posting there may have been some health or personal issues he or someone close to him was dealing with.

I am just concerned that something more serious may of taken place.

So am I, as having got to know him I think if he was permanently going to leave the forum he would have said so. Was always a valuable member here.

The man had a lot of experience and incide into other fields that were of interest. Sometimes he would get a little contankeous but all of the experienced techs, even on here get to the point of flutuating between wanting to choke the engineers and choke the customers.
