belt wont engage

Ok well this is where im at now! I put the washers under the front of the frame and no change! so I put 2 more in and still the belt is sloppy and wont fully engage the belt. so I have no clue what to look for next.

Well I put washers in and it made no difference! So I put 2 more washers in and still the same.:confused2: But I went to tractor supply and measured my belt then I got a belt that was an inch shorter! Its not perfect but the deck runs at full power. I just have to lower the deck completely to start it. I can live with that! if this is hurting my engine please let me know thnx again for all the help I got!!:thumbsup:

Well I finally got my mower to work! I had to go to a smaller belt to get it to engager. its not perfect but its ok to me! I have to start it by putting the deck all the way down. I just wanted to say thnx for all the input u gave! it helped me learn a little more which is greatful!!:thumbsup:
