Belt jump and deck noise

I have changed all pulleys and still have this rattle and belt jump. Do I need to tighten the tensioner bolt more? Reason I ask, is I can remove the belt with lots of pressure by removing it around the pulley on the left… it isn’t easy, but can be done!

This mower when new, with the blades engaged all you heard was the whir of the blades and the engine noise,,, today, it has all kind of rattled and noises!

HELP? Someone? Anyone?

Do the springs get loose and worn and need replaced?

We don’t know if that’s your video or not.
We don’t know the model number or serial number of your mower.

What about the bearings in the spindle housings ?
That noise is a bad bearing somewhere
Take the belt off , well that happens all by itself
raise the mower high at the front
Spin each blade, it should rotate smoothly & quietly
Grab the tips of each blade then try to rock it see saw fashion
There must be no rock what so ever
Now try to push & pull the blade
A tiny ( about .0005" to .002" ) is acceptable any more then either the bearings or their spaces / holders are buggered .
My quick & dirty test for axial play is if I can see it move it is too much, if I can feel it move but not see it then they will need replacement in the near future .

Squeaky noisy bearings is what I heard. Also, check belt for any cracks or chunks missing or minor imperfections. All will affect how belt performs.
