Stihl makes one, but it's a heavy SOB, meant for an Arborist's electric saw, as they may be in the tree for a few hours.

Heavy is a relative term. Personally, I use a shoulder strap, and the trimmer is almost perfectly balanced. It's a touch engine heavy with a full tank, and a touch nose light as it gets close to being empty. The strap doesn't make it any lighter, but I'm not holding the weight of the tool when I'm using it... Way less fatigue.

Not only is it heavy, about 15 lbs, it is also very expensive at about $930. Plus you have to recharge the multiple batteries separately. You are better off using lighter weight lower capacity batteries and changing them out as needed to complete the job.
