the blade control bailer arm broke on my mower. I ordered another and it worked... Once...
Now it doesn't seem to pull the cable. When i follow the cable to the engine, there is a heavy spring
keeping this pulled forward.. Can i remove the spring to disable the blade control to get this yard
mowed for my husband before fathers day tomorrow?? Or... how do i fix it or disable it?
