My bagger is different, but I’ve had some success by purchasing a plastic welding kit. If it’s a simple crack, you can actually make it stronger than new. Mine has several areas that have worn thin from years of sand blasting and I’m still trying to figure out what is the best sheet plastic to use for patches. The repaired bagger isn’t pretty, but the grass doesn’t seem to mind.
Use the screen material to reinforce the area. My plastic welding kit has stainless screen mesh to beef up areas. I use zip ties on small cracked stuff for a filler. Fixed two trimmer tanks this way. Still not a leak.

A bagger from a 30" will NOT interchange with a 28 or 33. The deck adapter is different, and most likely the pipe diameter is smaller for a 30". When I was a dealer, 26 & 30 shared the same bagger, 28 & 33 shared the same, and the 25 had a bagger of its own. That was pre 1995, but I don't think the decks have changed.
