I have a one year old Exmark Quest with the Kawasaki engine the mower has sat over the winter for five months will not turn over battery is freshly charged only clicks when trying to start anyone with an idea?

remove spark plugs and try rotating by hand.

Charging the battery does not mean its charged. Check with voltage tester for over 12 volts.
