A worn, torn or bad belt will cause deck vibrations. Also, check the idler pulleys.

Do what Rivets suggestions but also check the spindle bearings. A rough spot in a spindle bearing can cause a high frequency vibration. You know the type that will cause your feet to go numb.
Take the belt off engage the pto so the blade brake will let the pulleys turn. Spin each pulley and see if they wobble or make noise.
Check each one make sure the hold down nuts are tight.
