Remove the oil and petrol from the engine, remove spark plug lead and place the entire engine upside down on a bench
The pulley is on a keyway after removing the retaining bolt...it should slide off using a puller (be careful not to damage it)
Simply remove the sump bolts and slide the sump from the engine.
When you open the engine, remove the governor gear off the cam then you will see timing marks on the crank gear and the cam...line them up together and slide the cam out.
