Hope all is well. I am finalizing the purchase of a mower dealership in 1-2 months. The current owners have a very rudimentary / non-existent inventory management system and one of the first things that need to be done to the business is incorporating some software to help track and manage inventory. The business has a single location and inventory is on site (no warehousing tracking needed, etc).
The business has multiple product lines, does extensive service work, and has quite of parts inventory on hand. I am looking for a system that can help with routine ordering by having min/max notifications set up. Should I look to get an accounting software that helps manage inventory, separate inventory and accounting setups, or??
Any suggestions for me to pursue further research would be appreciated.
Thanks!
