Hello! I purchased a brush blade to put on a gas trimmer. I have a Homelite gas trimmer and this Echo and I am struggling to get this blade even close to fitting. I suspect I need an adapter kit but wanted to ask you guys.

You need to buy a mounting kit
The people who sold you the blade should also sell kits
They are rather like the kits used to hold a grinding wheel to an angle grinder
Okay thanks. Does the shaft tip with the threads and the square nut come off to reveal another mounting post or does the adapter just go onto the this part of the shaft? Thanks again!
