I have a 19 hp Ariens lawn tractor. It won't turn over. I can't find anything wrong with the wiring. The battery has a full charge. Any Idea what might be wrong?

1) what is the model number of your mower
2) what is the brand and model number of your engine
3) what exactly do you mean by "won't crank"
what do you hear , see , smell & feel ?

did you check the starter solenoid usually under the operators seat or under the hood but they can give grief and where were you checking the voltage to make sure the wiring was good and any noises when trying to start?
