Anyone know what it is. Is it a Yazoo?

I think its is a yazoo mower. I have looked online at pictures and Yazoo comes the closest. It has grooved drive wheels and the pulley cover that are different than the pictures it have seen online.

It looks to me like an old Sarlo.
