Any experts recognize this bolt with plastic shroud / riser marked LP

Well after a head gasket overhaul I am left with one bolt in a plastic sleeve and no clue where it came off? Anybody recognize where this goes on B&S 190cc from John Deere walk behind? I have been in the parts diagrams for nearly an hour ;-(
