I was fortunate enough to have bought a Cub Cadet 2165 in 1996 to mow and snow throw my new 2+ acre property. It was not long after MTD bought them. From I've heard, it was still International Harvester design and parts. The thing is still going strong. They are not the same company now.
I recently bought an Exmark Radius to take over the mowing duties, but I'm still using the Cub to clear my 225' driveway from snow with it's snow thrower. Bless her soul!!! And fingers crossed...
