Because all engines of a series use the same crankcase castings then any 33000 series Briggs will bolt up & drop right in.
If the controls are different then entire control panel from the old engine will bolt right up to the new one.
Same applies to starters & alternators is you have to.
New engines come drop in complete with carb alternator & starter motors.
A 33000 series will have the exhaust in the same position so the muffler will also bolt right up.
